⚠️ COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
Baywalk Mall is now reopen for business, but with special protocols in place as per the Government of Saint Lucia's guidelines. As such, all customers should be aware of the following:
You MUST wear a mask to be granted entry to the mall and its stores.
You must adhere to the social distancing measures. That is a minimum separation between persons of six (6) feet.
No one will be allowed to enter if they are showing signs/symptoms of being sick/ill. If you are sick/ill, please stay home or seek medical attention. Protect yourself and protect others.
Further to this, each store will have their own protocols in place keeping in line with the Government's required protocols for certain sectors. However, the following will apply to all stores and the general mall area:
Frequent cleaning of high contact areas such as door handles and counters. Thorough cleaning will also be done at the beginning and at the end of each day.
Sanitizing stations will be setup for persons coming in and leaving stores.
Social distancing measures will be in place. That is a minimum separation between persons of six (6) feet. This applies to queues outside each store, persons inside of each store and the general mall areas.
To further aid in the social distancing measures, there will be a maximum number of persons allowed to enter a store at a time. This number will vary with each store, depending on type of store and size.
